My wash day consisted of the following:
Pre-pooing with the last of my L'Oreal Total Repair 5 Ceramide Conditioner mixed with Dessange Oleo Replenishing Conditioner. After applying the conditioner I left it on for about an hour while I worked out.
Cleansing with Eden BodyWorks Coconut Shea CoWash. I really like this stuff.
Doing a protein treatment using Aphogee 2 Step Protein Treatment. I applied it like I did the last time I used it by sectioning my hair into four two strand twists and then spraying the treatment on. I left the treatment on for a little under 20 minutes, 10 minutes under my hooded dryer and 10 minutes not. After rinsing the treatment out I opted to not use the conditioner that came with it.
Next was a green tea rinse and the Eden BodyWorks Jojoba Monoi Deep Conditioner which I left on for 40 minutes under my Hot Head Cap.
It was kind of late after doing all of this, so I went straight to drying with my blow dryer on cool after applying Nothing But Melted Shea Butter and grapeseed oil.
The result was hair that moisturized, felt strong and had some swing. Also, I haven't seen any more breakage. I really need to do protein treatments more often.
