10 Festive Holiday Hairstyle Tutorials You Need To Watch

The holiday season is officially here and you probably have several parties and gatherings to attend.

When it comes to preparing for them I don’t have an issue deciding what to wear or how to do my makeup, but I always struggle with my hair.

Thank goodness for YouTube because it holds a bevy of video tutorials for gorgeous and easy-to-do hairstyles that are just perfect for the holidays. Here are a few of my favorite holiday hair tutorials.

10 holiday hairstyle tutorials you need to watch | arelaxedgal.com

1. Bouncy curls

I’m a sucker for beautiful bouncy curls. So I love this tutorial from Mo Loves Hair for getting curls that can be styled in multiple ways. Plus she uses several products from TGIN one of my favorite hair brands!

2. Braided updo

Updos are great for holiday parties. Updos are even greater when they have braids. Like this triple-braided updo from The Effortless Chic which is perfect for long hair.

3. Party styles

Talk about choices for hairstyles. Kayley Melissa gives you seven of them in one video. This hair tutorial video is great if you have multiple holiday parties you’re attending whether dressy or casual.

4. Twist out style

When I do twist outs on my relaxed hair they look horrible and there's no consistency of definition. As a result, I’ve only been able to get my hair to have one good twist out. Andria Childress puts my one good twist out to shame with her goddess braid and twist out hair tutorial.

5. Janell from Kinky Curly Coily Me shows that even if you have a hairstyle a few days old you can still use it to create a fun and pretty holiday hairstyle.
