Why I like and continue using it
I started using the Neutrogena Hydro Boost City Shield Hydrating Water Gel Sunscreen one winter when I was making a trip to Washington DC. Though I have oily skin, when I was living in North Carolina the skin around my mouth would sometimes dry out and start to peel for a few weeks during the winter (TMI, sorry). For the remainder of the year, I had no issues with that area.
