20 Wonderful Hair Care Gift Ideas Under $20

Sometimes it can be so hard to find gifts for people which is why I like gift guides. They make gift shopping so much easier. You can just go through the list, click the links, add products to your cart, and checkout.

Good news for you, I’ve got this nifty gift guide list of hair care items that you can use for your holiday shopping. This is a hair care gift guide so if you know anyone who’s into hair care (or should be into haircare) this is for you.

When I put this list together I wanted to make sure it could fit all budgets and that there were options for stocking stuffers and actual I'm going to wrap or put in a gift bag options. All of the items are under $20, and some are even under $10.

This leave-in spray claims to help dull and damaged hair by smoothing hair, eliminating frizz, restoring shine, and enhancing the natural body. 12. Square hair claw clips

I love claw clips because they are so easy to use and come in many different sizes, colors, and patterns. Plus, they can be used to dress up or dress down your hair.

This year, I've noticed the square claw clips are really in. I see them everywhere, at work, at church, and out shopping. This is a great practical and cheap hair care gift to get.

13. Invisibobble Hair Ring

I've been using these on my hair for a little while and I like them because they provide a strong hold but don't get too tight. I also like that they come in multiple colors including some neutrals. Despite the claim of them not leaving a kink in the hair, they have for me but it's not as defined as regular hair ties leave.

14. Satin scrunchies

If the Invisibobble doesn't feel quite right for the person you're buying for, maybe satin scrunchies will. This hair accessory is making a comeback because of how gentle they are on the hair, the fun and pretty patterns and colors they come in, and how they can go with whatever you're wearing.

15. Bobby pins

16. Microfiber hair towels

While I personally think an old cotton T-shirt is a better option for drying your hair, a microfiber towel is a good alternative. Most of these microfiber towels are moisture-wicking to better absorb excess water and they cut down on overall drying time. Some even have a compact design so they take up less space in the washing machine. As a bonus, they tend to come in pretty colors.

17. Scalp or shampoo brush

One of the best parts of getting your hair done at the hair salon is getting it washed because of the scalp massage that comes with it. By giving the gift of a scalp brush or shampoo brush you're giving the gif of an at-home scalp massage.

18. Travel jars

While these aren’t exactly the jars I use for travel I can say that these are imperative if you’re planning to carry on and want to take your hair products with you.

19. Satin pillowcase

Cotton pillowcases aren't great for hair because they can absorb moisture from the hair and dry it out. Also, cotton pillowcases can cause friction on the strands when your hair rubs against it. Satin pillowcases are a great alternative because they don't do either of those things.

    1. That's great. I haven't tried the Invisibobble or a similar hair tie but I've heard good first hand reviews from people who have. So it's on my list of products to try.
